I charge per hour and do not expect any gratuity. While I do have a gratuity page, it is only there to give the people who really feel strongly about this practice an option.

Inner Sanctuary is more than just a haircut—it’s a restorative journey into deep peace, balance, and self-care. This service is designed to offer you a sacred space where you can fully receive—not just a beautiful haircut, but also the nourishment your mind, body, and spirit crave.
From the moment you step into this experience, we will begin with a brief conversation to understand your hair needs, ensuring the results are aligned with your vision. But from there, you are invited to let go of the outside world. Close your eyes, unwind, or open a book—whatever helps you to enter a state of relaxation. Alternatively, you may choose to simply gaze into space, allowing your thoughts to fade into stillness.
The atmosphere is intentionally crafted to support your journey into tranquility. I will set the container of peace, creating a grounding environment where you can release tension and fully receive the experience. This is not just about a haircut; it’s about restoring balance, connecting deeply with yourself, and embracing moments of stillness.
To close our time together, we will bring in tuning forks and energy work, further aligning your body’s energy and supporting deep relaxation. This final touch enhances your sense of well-being, helping you feel fully integrated, centered, and renewed.
